Wera was just a puppy when she was run over by a car and left for dead by the side of a busy highway. She suffered fractures on both femurs, and she could only drag herself.
Fortunately, the veterinary confirmed that surgery could work. Not an easy surgery but it was the only option to save her legs and her life. Wera is a warrior and is responding well.
We are helping Wera by raising $650 which is a part of the veterinary bill while our partner group in Guatemala is raising the rest. Would you please consider donating and helping her?
Azabache gave birth in deplorable conditions to seven puppies. Apparently, she had "owners" who neglected her and the puppies and barely offered food while she gave birth on the dirt to the little ones.
They were rescued when the puppies were one month old. Unfortunately, two of them were too sick already and died immediately after rescue. As they started vaccinations and protocol for puppies, one of them (Lunito) fainted and developed blue eyes. The vet confirmed a serious infection in the eyes caused by ticks. Against all odds, they are recovering. But they need help to pay their vet bill which amounts to $480.
Cindy is a homeless dog in need of help. She's safe from the streets and currently living at a shelter in rural Guatemala, but she suffered a horrible injury on her leg. Unfortunately, when she arrived at the vet, he confirmed it was late, and due to the severity and infection of the injury, the leg couldn't be saved and had to be amputated.
In surgery recovery, there had been complications with the wound and she's still at the vet while she recovers and receives special care. We are helping to raise $700 which is most of the vet bill so far. Cindy doesn't have any owner to care for her. Would you please help her?
